Funeral Program Worksheet
This worksheet is designed to help families organize the information needed for a personalized obituary program. To ensure clarity and accuracy, please complete the content using Google Docs or Microsoft Word—handwritten notes or photographed documents are strongly discouraged.
1. Initial Funeral Arrangement
• During the initial funeral arrangement, it is important for your family to review and select from our range of pre-approved obituary templates. These templates include various sizes and layouts designed to meet your needs.
Casket Panel Guide
A casket panel is a custom-designed insert placed inside the lid of the casket, featuring meaningful imagery, text, or themes that reflect your loved one’s personality, beliefs, or legacy.
To create your custom panel, we simply need 1–5 photos, the full name, date of birth, date of passing, and an optional quote, theme, or preferred colors.
Additional Cards & Posters
Each funeral service includes one personalized plaque and 50 thank you cards as part of our standard offerings. If you need additional quantities or customizations, please contact us—we’re happy to accommodate your family’s needs.
Large 7 ft poster boards are ordered upon request.
